What information must I furnish to track my shipment?
Airway bill (AWB) / Bill of Lading (BL number) / Combined Transport Document number (CTD no.)/ Purchase number or the Invoice number.
What is the normal time required for custom clearance of shipment at the airport or the sea port?
Airport - 2-3 working days; Sea port - 5-6 working days (working days do not include Sundays and national holidays).
Do you have warehousing and transportation facilities?
Yes, we have our own warehousing facility, apart from a fleet of trucks in major cities.
Do you handle project cargo?
Yes. We can arrange to ship the cargo (and complete formalities/documentaion required for the purpose), and arrange to return the cargo back to the city of origin, after the completion of the project. We also provide re-export documentation services.
Do you handle hazardous cargo?

Do you offer door delivery services?
Yes. We also give you the PoD (proof of delivery) within the stipulated time.
